General

Minors are more than welcome and we love seeing them play in our playground however, they must be always accompanied and supervised by a legal parent or guardian. Don’t forget to read our playground rules.

Yes! We absolutely love meeting your fur babies and are welcome in all of our outdoor areas however, we do ask they remain on a lead at all times, as well as friendly towards other animals and children.

While we do allow horse floats to be parked in our car park, we do ask that you respect our other customers and park to the far, back left of our car park.

Our menu has a variety of options to cater for vegetarian, vegans and gluten free/coeliac diets. We also try our best to cater for other allergies not mentioned, please don’t hesitate to reach out or ask our staff what other options may suit your needs, with that being said we do ask that your alert out staff of any allergies when placing your food order.

There is a 15% surcharge venue wide on public holidays.

Our venue is wheelchair accessible in some areas however, we do not have a standard wheelchair access/disabled toilet due to the age of the building. When making a reservation we would recommend mentioning a wheelchair accessible table is required.

Bookings

We do take booking requests for certain locations and always try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities. Please make sure you leave a booking note when reserving your table online or informing our staff at the time of your booking.

Events

You’re more than welcome to bring cake and decorations to make your celebrations more festive, we can even store your cake for you in our cool-room until you’re ready. However, we do ask that NO confetti is used as decorations (including confetti filled balloons) as this can be difficult to clean, especially when sitting outdoors.
